from Markus, 41
Hello, I'm Markus, I'm 1.85 and I work 5 days a week in shifts. I still weigh 95 kilos now, but it looked completely different. Now I've started my diet with exactly 50 pounds. I was a bit chubby as a child and from the age of 20 it got more and more. During my apprenticeship I had already started a diet but the weight loss quickly stagnated and a short time later I regained my old kilos. I didn't want to make any mistakes on my 2nd diet this time. Besides, I've been single for a long time and I want to change that too. However, I don't want to lose weight for someone else but for myself and my well-being. There is nothing I can do with my current weight. I used to love bowling so much that it was my hobby. But I haven't followed it up for at least 6 years.
I went to my family doctor and had an EKG done because I had had a racing heart for a long time. My doctor gave me extensive advice and urgently recommended that I do something about my excess weight. Even the examination was so uncomfortable for me that I was ashamed to the bottom, not because of the nice medical assistant who did her job competently, but because I got into such a situation in the first place because of my overweight. After a week I had a follow-up consultation in which my family doctor concluded that I only had a good opportunity to lose weight healthily now, otherwise I would have to reckon with secondary diseases later.
My plan with the DEZ diet
I have a colleague at work who told me about the DEZ diet and immediately gave me the phone number. I called and made an appointment because I was advised to start with a BIA measurement to determine how much fat and muscle mass I have in my body. That is “very important”, said Mr. Aktas, because I can only see whether I am gaining or reducing fat or muscle mass based on the BIA measurement, which I repeat every 4 weeks. The concept simply makes sense: drink the starter shake for 2 days and from the 3rd day the follow-up shake twice a day. After getting closer and closer to my goal, I continued to change my diet and only drank the shake once a day and ate 2 normal, but now smaller, servings. This system taught me to eat 3 meals a day without having to give up anything.
Just don't wait as long as in my case - it's better to start much earlier. I would never recommend replacement products for less money because the vitamins in the supplements are lower and you lose muscle mass instead of fat. I took this diet very seriously and had breakfast in the morning so that I could get to my goal quickly. I also drank a lot.
I lost 32 kilos in 5 months and have kept my weight for exactly 3 months. I eat 3 meals a day and it works out really well. In addition, I can now pursue my hobby again and thus go bowling once a week and it is so much fun not to spend the evening alone. Life is too short to be unhealthy and depressed. - We thank Markus for this review. For more success stories, just read here.
